Currently the Cooperative has 406 associates, in 5 production sites, Venice, Thessaloniki, Versailles, La Marina and Caicedonia and an administrative headquarters in Cali.

In 1974 in the village of Venecia, Industrias Integradas was born with the support of the Departmental Committee of Coffee Growers of Valle del Cauca; the dream of this project was to create in the countryside a source of formal work that would generate income for women in the rural coffee zone and the opportunity for wives and daughters of coffee growers to diversify their family income through empowerment and entrepreneurship.

Thus, 113 women began their training process by embroidering garments with the purpose of generating development and prosperity in rural communities and improving living conditions. This purpose has been fundamental to achieve significant advances in:

Supplement and diversify family income in households.

To avoid the migration of peasants to the city, providing them with means of protection and promotion.

To be a school of formation and training of the inhabitants of the communities, in aspects such as democratic management, entrepreneurship, principles and values.

Promote the conscious and active participation of the community in social and productive aspects.
